I visit this location every month. It’s always been my understanding that you should be kindly greeted upon entering a business, especially such a small office like this one where it’s very obvious when someone enters considering you have to ring the doorbell to be let in. I’m almost never greeted or asked how I can be helped until moments later. Am I supposed to walk straight to an employee and sit in front of them to get their attention? Just two days ago I visited this location and the same thing happened again. It’s almost like they hide behind their computers to not assist whoever walks through those doors. The guy on the far left didn’t even bother taking his eyes off his computer screen. The guy on the far right who honestly looks like he hates his job eventually decided to assist me by saying “I can help you here if you want.” If I WANT? It’s not just what he said, but also how he said it. I contemplated this review. I don’t write many reviews, but honestly that did it for me. Don’t get a customer service job if you don’t want to serve customers.

Hello, I've been with OEFCU for a very long time. They have always served me and my family well in what's needed to assist my financial situations. They are a keepsake to me. The tellers are very nice and patient. Customer Service is an essential personal touch that is not given in the times we live in under the world of technology. Longevity in a company. Bless you all
