Lourdes Carranza Property Manager from Las Cortes 1200 Felcia CT. in Oxnard has done a horrible job... People working at Hyder are not competent to run their jobs. Lourdes is severely uncapable to do her job. My mother got "evicted" by not fixing something on the landlords side. My mother tried putting the work order several times and they never did anything. Until I got involved did I realize they were trying to "evict" her even though she was in good standing. If your in section 8 watch out for things they don't FIX because that's a signal they want you GONE!!! Those pictures were taken as proof no fixes were done in time... my mother reported in 2022 when it first happened so I holde Hyder and Lourdes completely liable.

These people ARE SLIM LORDS! THEY have left my friend living in worse conditions than when on streets!!!!! She repeatedly request her house cleaned after a break in left her house DESTROYED. IT IS IN SQUALOR AND SHE MIDICALLY UNABLE TO LIFT ANYTHING OVER 5LBS. SO WITH HUGE ROACHES CRAWLING ON HER THEY MAKE HER SLEEP.
THEY SHOULd be made held accountable

My 97 year old father who is a tenant at Hyder's property Horizon at Indio (Senior Apartments), was asked by the manager of the property Cynthia to show her his underwear and undergarments as proof of it being solely his clothing and not anyone else's...this is in so many ways degrading, shameful, and a true violation of ones rights and dignity. He (my father) who is dealing with many health issues due to age(97), was told that he needs to fend for himself better and not have visitors over frequently, due to this my father has suffered many bodily injuries. I don't understand how a company can have a person running an establishment that has no remorse or aptitude towards the care of the elderly...she needs to be reminded that she works at an elderly establishment. He is also constantly violated by management and personnel with them entering his apartment and going through his personal belongings...very shameful on you Hyder &Co.

p.s - after him refusing to pull his soaking wet clothes out the active washer, she Cynthia (the manager) decided to go and turn the washers and dryers off all together..(petty,petty,petty) resulting in hundreds of dollars in damages.

We have mold in the vents and making us sick bedbugs cockroaches. Major drug activity violence guns are on property management says that we are lying but I have positive proof of mold the air quality is not well smell is overwhelming need help my health is going down hill need help with relocation and shutting this place down and a lawyer who is not scared

stay away from this company horrible bad managers this company doesnt care the managers from it dont care beyond gravely bad. u will be in hell with this company trying to get problems solved, or get rule breaking apartment livers to stop their violations. this company should never be able to manage apartments

UNFORTUNATELY! I am residing at a property now in the beginning stages of heavy-handed, unstable, unprofessional Hyder "management. They blew in here already saying they could care less if residents cars are vandalized, all while JUST getting here, with NO plan in place to handle such situations. The building is section 8, so who has the big financial means to pay because of Hyder's incompetence? They won't last long, and GOOD RIDDANCE when they leave! *Monday, December 11, 2023, NO hot water, ALL DAY LONG! After hours maintenance number just plays a recorded message and music. Hyder Slumlord Management are already (epic) failing.

They literally just ignore people unless you threaten to sue them then they do what they were supposed to get done in the first place.rents raise mold grows and is painted over. Try and report em see how far it goes
