Terrible customer service and treated us so poorly. Liz Lee does not care about people - she only cares about contracts and money . I would never recommend her services and would never rent from her. She is rude and she is dishonest .

This company doesn't care about their tenants. They just acquired our apartments two monts ago. Our rent used to be $1,650.00 a month ago and now just when up over $2,000 without any renovation. Lights are out on the rear parking area. Homeless people are always roaming and breaking into cars. But firts thing liz lee management property does is hike the monthly rent. All they care is about their money. How that people supposed to have a place to l live if your monthly income is $3,000 but you have to pay a rent that is over $2,000 and you still have bills to pay like utilities, car insurance, internet service, groceries, gas for your car, etc etc. company like this doesn't really care about tenants because they never take in consideration tenants incomes. All they care for is for their money and contribute to create more homelessness in Santa Barbara county because pretty soon people will not be able to afford the rent any longer because companies
like LizLee property Management don't care about their tenants income.

This company is trash. Applied for a “pet friendly” condo. Lady on the phone stopped us because we have 2 dogs and a cat and they only accept two pets MAX. We get off the phone and we call back saying we would re-home our cat if they would consider us. Liz proceeded to turn around and say “oh no, we only accept 1 pet max and you guys have dogs and dogs bark and that one at the training camp is going to bark because that’s what dogs do” but yet, we saw a Great Pyrenees walking into one of the condos? In a “dog AND cat friendly condo. And then proceeded with how my dad is disabled and she didn’t know how well that would go with the stairs in the condo. We had later applied to another place, not realizing that it was under the same management property, and when my mom was called, she told us, “yeah we have this one too and proceeded to LAUGH and said good luck”.
