I had a cousin move here from overseas whose English was extremely poor and his grasp of the American way was even poorer. He was determined to rent a place in Walnut Creek but wanted specific things included. Jeremy was patient and stuck with us despite the endless questions he was asked. After he got the lease agreement signed and finalized, he made sure everything was in place and that my cousin and his family were happy. I would highly recommend using Jeremy.
