This insurance company is a scam. They give you a quote and they go with some shady insurance companies you’ve never heard of. I had paid them a deposit for a policy that never started actually because I cancelled it the same day. It’s been 3 months now almost and they haven’t refunded my money yet. Time to contact my bro attorney and bring a six pack over to discuss this issue at hand.

The Insurance Place hands downs has THE best customer service, especially Cara Roxas. She is definitely there to help you and will do so in any possible way she can. She really came to the rescue for me right now that I am abroad in Chile and had to pay my car insurance. She responds to emails extremely quick which is a huge plus and got my whole payment done through email in less than an hour tops. I'd definitely chose this place over others because they really care for you and do their job efficiently. Glad I've stuck around with them and definitely recommend.
