I was searching for an insurance agent who was understanding of the current needs for our vehicle and renters insurance and came across Kenneth’s office. We had a few hiccups on my end making in with our vehicles to get the policy started but Kenneth was so patient and understanding and made this process as seamless as possible. I am so happy with my switch to Allstate but specifically because Kenneth went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and provide guidance and flexibility. Ken has a good team! They all coordinate together to get what I need done and I honestly feel like I'm put first, as their customer. Extremely rare and surprising for an insurance company. I've been with them for almost 10 years now because of it and their customer service has definitely evolved for the better. In the many years I've been a subscriber to Allstate with Ken, I've only received phenomenal quality customer service. When I was involved in a minor incident, someone from Ken's team immediately took my phone call, then Ken called me back shortly after to ensure I was doing ok. Thankfully, that was one of the only times where I needed his help, and I'm grateful he was able to help, handle/be a liaison to my case.

All of your hard work is paying off (and it shows) and I'm super happy and grateful to know that you're only a phone call away should I need anything related to my insurance needs. Thank you, Kenneth Kwok and co. And thank you, Allstate.
