I’ve had renters insurance with Allstate for quite a while, and I always thought it was a waste of money because I never used it—until I did! My dog bit someone at the park, and I was incredibly relieved to have the coverage. The claims process was smooth, and the agent was so helpful. He explained everything clearly and assured me not to worry, taking care of everything for me. Thanks to his support, I was able to sleep at night knowing the situation was in good hands. (The other party was fine, by the way!)

A few weeks later, after purchasing a new car, I texted my agent for a quote on coverage. The response was incredibly fast, which was perfect since I couldn’t talk on the phone while at work. I simply sent a copy of my registration and driver’s license, and within minutes, I received quotes for both full coverage and liability. I went with full coverage and a lower deductible, and even added roadside assistance for up to 100 miles. While it’s a bit pricey, the peace of mind it provides is absolutely worth it. You really get what you pay for, and I have no problem paying a little more for that kind of security.

The agency and claim team are always on top of things, and I know I’m in good hands when I need them. I’ve used roadside assistance a few times, and it’s been great knowing I’m covered for things like tire changes, gas delivery, and lockouts.

We have a condo water claim in our kitchen with black water coming down from the unit above. The incident happened 8.19.24. Since that time we have have 4 or 5 different insurance adjusters. Each new one having to get up to speed. To date - 10.13.24 we have no movement on when the damages are going to get fixed or exactly what is covered. This is beyond frustrating. I realize it may seem a first world problem compared to people having their entire city and home demolished by hurricane floods. But it is horrible service for someone who pays monthly premiums and gets told when increases happen that it’s just part of doing business. Bad business.

It’s part of a bigger problem and Allstate has fumbling, shaky hands when it comes to claims.

Time to investigate other carriers once this is finally resolved.

I had my homeowner and car insurance policies transferred to Eddie’s office when my old broker closed his business. I went in-person to deal with a lapse of coverage mess I created and was genuinely impressed with the level of service. Eddie patiently talked me through insurance policy basics and how to manage risks in a way that was easy to understand and sophisticated at the same time. True professionals, and the staff have been great with all of the notifications and follow-ups.

I strongly advise against using this insurance company. The incompetence and negligence of the team are shocking. Both our general liability and professional liability policies were up for renewal. Despite confirming the renewal via email, the office failed to renew our professional liability policy.

For those who might not understand, an interruption in E&O coverage is a major issue for any business. To make matters worse, when informed of this error, the team member had the audacity to end the email with "Have a wonderful day," completely oblivious to the gravity of their mistake.

If we face any uncovered claims due to this lapse, rest assured we will be filing a claim against your company. Mr. Pacheco, be sure your team hasn't forgotten your own E&O - you might need it, soon.

I was recommend to Eddie by my previous Denver agent. After moving to California I purchased a motorcycle and desperately needed coverage. Eddie’s staff were quick to get back to me and I had my coverage set up the very same day- which if you know motorcycles, it’s very hard to get good coverage at a low cost. With Allstate I was able to bundle my auto and motorcycle insurance and they offered me the most coverage and the lowest rate! Very satisfied with this office and would recommend them to anyone!

I found the Eddie Pacheco Allstate agency via Google in need of a Renter’s insurance policy. I’ve been with Esurance in the past for auto and it’s a part of the Allstate family. But had called customer service directly on the past and it was not helpful. When I found this Agency, Natalia picked up the phone and she could not have been more helpful! Very professional and efficiently she helped me set up the new policy and getting the information out to my Property Management Company promptly! I've been very happy with my Allstate insurance. I have very good auto insurance and renters insurance. I've been especially happy with the service provided me by Eddie Pacheco.
