Our HOA company recently switched to RowCal and the experience so far has been disappointing. If you pay your HOA fees via check (and not their portal that charges payment fees), be advised that their official policy is that it takes 2-3 weeks on their end to process checks but will charge you “late fees” and interest in the interim. How continent. Also, they are paying people in gift cards for their positive reviews so take them with a grain of salt.

Having their lacky reply to comments is also the funniest thing ever. I want to be clear, RowCal VIOLATES Civil 4041 on a regular basis. When they took over I know they had no idea about the CA Civil Code 4041. This company is all lies. As a homeowner request a new management company at every Board Meeting.

I am so thankful my HOA dropped them before it got too bad. I truly feel sorry for any association that chooses to stay with RowCal. The lies, the lies, the lies. They violation CA Civil Code 4041 by tricking owners into signing up for it without their knowledge. As a homeowner if you are unhappy with their service and fees attend every single board meeting and request for a new management company! Don't let them take your money. PS they are paying for their good reviews with gift cards. This has to be the biggest scam of a company.

My HOA is managed by Rowcal, and we are very happy with that company. Great customer service and follow-up is phenomenal.
they replay all emails very fast, and working on all issues asap, able to correct the problems created by our previous property management firm and take a lot of the extra work off the board members.

Such a disgusting experience in Customer Service. Have been trying to reach their main phone number for 3 days without any response. Once I got a hold of an agent, she had such an attitude while providing the information.

I completely understand it was not her fault but she has NO right to speak and act as she did. Will try to deal with this company as little as possible.

I have an issue to turn on electricity in utility room as a new owner. Called for three weeks, bounced around between CS, CS director, the association manager and the General Manager Kent.

After making 10 calls and listening to the lie from association manager . I was directed to reach out to the board member myself. While I asked: "how can I reach out to the board". I was told by this customer service team: "We can't give you information since it's private information."

Kent, can you pls listen to the advice given by your own team?

I recommend any community to stay away from this company. The worst property management ever!
