I'm noticing the environment here is becoming very ghetto. Tenants are constantly arguing, sounds of banging and screaming late at night, smoking from patios and balcony, the rules on the lease do not allow smoking on the property and used to enforce this heavy, i'm not sure where this went wrong.

Cigarette butts left on walk ways, I've noticed them on my patio and have mentioned this to management along with pictures, it has been 5 months and have not seen management take any action. At this point, management is only present when rent is due.

we were allowed umbrellas and shade covers over our patio areas, but they have recently decided to take that privilege away and now I'm constantly receiving the garbage of my upstairs neighbor who carelessly tosses off their balcony. which includes cigarette butts and wrappers. im left with cleaning up after them because management told me they are working on resolving the issue for the past 5 months. seeing the comments of other tenants mention the same thing, seems this isnt a problem of just an individual.

Kids are kicking and throwing balls in the parking lot, sometimes hitting parked cars.
Sometimes walking down the walkway is scary, when kids are zooming by you on their bikes, with no warning.

This is supposed to be a gated environment, but the gate has been broken for months now, so its left open.

Most of the good neighbors seemed to have moved out and we're left with disrespectful, uncivilized people who seem to not care to respect any of the rules here, along with the lack of enforcement from management.

really disappointed,

one of my highlights when i first moved here was the environment. i felt safe, the community was great. neighbors cared.

definitely not the case anymore. Hoping things improve.

Living here for 4+ years and my experience with the new management has been pleasant so far.

Sofia has been very kind and helpful with any concerns or questions that I’ve had.

Maintenance crew has been very attentive every time I need something repaired or replaced.

Appreciate the new pet friendly environment ✊🏽

A lot of New tenants after rent price came down lower $1900s.
They are breaking community rules. Fixing cars and spilled motor oil and anti-freeze on parking lots without cleaning the spills. Smoking inside apt property and Toss away cigarettes butt.
Dog shit everywhere.

UPDATE 8/1/2024: The Regional Manager reached out and took care of my security deposit issues. I do appreciate the resolution and timeliness of the matter.

Now that I’ve moved out, I want to say this was the WORST place I’ve ever lived. Mold, Homeless in the trash at 2am, no parking, long maintenance request times and an office that never answers the phone. Avoid like the plague!!

From the beginning, they communicated poorly. I waited 15 days to have a working shower because the handle broke and there was mold throughout the pipe and shower head. I then contacted them because there was poor ventilation in our apartment and the windows would fog and condensate as it started to get colder (despite us never touching the thermostat or turning on the heat). Mold developed from their poor handling and build & when I put in the request for maintenance, they took 3 days to come and all they did was wipe it down with bleach. The problem reoccurred shortly after and their senior management of the property management company (above the manager in office) had to email them and say to fix it immediately. they never did.

They continue to never answer the phone and now they’ve returned my deposit $1500 short due to poor record keeping. They wont return my phone calls or emails.

This APT is not a good place to live. More Hispanic people moved in because rent got lowered and they do not have respect to other neighbors. making loud noise, doing Karaoke with open windows until 3 AM. Littering cigarette butts inside others patio.

I have lived here for four years and over the years I have seen so many management changes. Last Tuesday I was cleaning and I saw a mouse running around my living room. Once again I have been here 4 years and never seen a mouse in my apartment let alone a spider until last week. I called they said they would send maintenance when maintenance came they said they don’t do that we would have to have pest control come well pest control comes once a week, unfortunately. When pest control came they could not figure out where they were coming from so they put sticky pads all over my house well one was caught that same night one another one ran in the living room. I called maintenance they came the next day to grab the one that was on the sticky pad. I asked him to see if he knew where they were coming from. He said I don’t see where they would be coming from as he was looking all over my apartment. I said well they’re coming from somewhere. He said the only thing he would recommend is to wait for pest control to come mind you they come once a week so this is very disturbing how nonchalant this complex is about rodents mind you I keep a very clean house so I’m not understanding where they’re coming from. As of today, there was one caught on the sticky pad. I have called multiple times and sent emails about them picking up the one that’s on the sticky pad. It has been a few days and my house is starting to smell, which is very disgusting. It just seems like they just don’t care and I’m ready to move out which I am doing so if you like living with mice, this is definitely the place for you. I have called AMC property and they have not reached out to me about this issue.
