Very friendly and competent staff. I have been a member for several years and they are consistent in the way they treat customers. Cabrillo Credit Union (Scripps Ranch) “Rocks.” They have an amazing team of professionals who will go above and beyond for their customers to provide the best possible service.
Mr. Craig Nichols was always enthusiastic, polite, kind, considerate and very responsive. He is very knowledgeable and reacted decisively and positively to my changing requirements. On Craig’s absence, Sandra and Tracy are equally delightful, extremely helpful and very friendly.

The staff is always friendly. When the tellers are busy, the people in their office will come out and help. So, hardly no waiting line. Their fraud department is great! Whenever I have issues with purchases that were not mine. They are quick to respond. Thank you so much! We've been a long time customer.
