Krystal is a God Send. She is by far the best rep you've ever had she's fantastic in getting me my reports and statements quickly and she's always professional and extremely friendly every time. Some of your other reps are not very knowledgeable and lack the understanding on requests I've made. But Krystal is amazing she's a keeper don't lose her or move her I would be lost without her especially since you've removed the online site.

I just can't understand any of the reviews other than the 1-star ones. I have to assume a large portion of the 5-star reviews are fake. Stockpile bills themselves as a place where your child can learn to invest. Great objective, sure. However, they charge a $4.95 account fee per month.

The practical reality is that a child investing money on the order of $50-100 via Stockpile won't learn anything other than that there are plenty of financial institutions ready and willing to take advantage of you.

At $60/year in fees, you'd have to have a child investing something on the order of $2500+ to reduce the fee % to something reasonable. And if your kid is investing $2500+, chances are good that s/he doesn't need Stockpile!
