John Doyle esq represented me as I attempted to get a proper account of my father’s estate after my sister had misused trust funds for her own benefit while executor . My experience with this firm was that they placed a low priority on my case despite the many tens of thousands in fees charged at a premium hourly rate. I wish I’d chosen any other trust attorney to represent my claim besides John Doyle. He clearly had bigger fish to fry with his thriving practice which was life altering for me in the end. Huge regret!

If you are looking for Estate Attorneys that are professional and highly knowledgeable, the WealthPlan is the place to go. The attorneys and Paralegals go above and beyond for their clients. I called regarding a Trust. I have Met Life Legal Plan through my Tech Company - it took many called over 2-weeks to get a straight answer. First time I called, WealthPlan said the Trust is not covered. I called MetLife, and it is. I called WealthPlan once again. It took a week to know that it's not covered to do a Trust that I would benefit from (my parents). Appears to be a professional firm, but to get a straight answer was a long, drawn-out process. My sister is looking for a firm to have on retainer to represent her Corporation; she was waiting to see how WealthPlan responded to me before contacting them. I DO NOT recommend this firm as it takes so long to get an answer. I had to call WealthPlan many times; they did not call back. It should have taken less than half-day for a reply back/answer, but it took 2-weeks. Incompetence that can't be blamed on Covid. Attorneys and Firms are a dime a dozen. This firm has failed the test - don't waste your time; go elsewhere.

In response to their comment, I originally called shortly after Sept 16 when i received the list of attorneys from MetLife. Then again on Oct 2, only to get a reply today Oct 9. BTW - when i called today, I did address the person by name (since, i've called so many times) and said Happy Friday (with a smile on my face - so she can hear my smile!) which was not reciprocated and definitely no smile on their face (curt perhaps?). I was transferred to the paralegal and got my answer. I am a very persistent person (not curt) and just needed an answer, yes/no. It's okay - all good. I got my answer. But it might as well taken an act of congress to get my yes/no answer. There are so many attorney to choose from, just wasn't giving up until I got an answer from this firm - which took so long to get. Thank you for the well wishes!
