The Best, really? Wrong, The worst service ever and that's why I fired them a while ago. I took a family member, an Aunt a 91 y/o for someone to help her after she has been in the bank several times and on the phone several times bank and phone back and forth for God's ache a 91 y/o lady that uses a walker and nobody was able to help her.
They want her to go through the modern steps of setting stuff up on the stupid phone like if she was a teenager, unbelievable.
To top it of, someone from the bank reported elderly abuse to the County, can you believe this? Asumming that because different members of the family took her to the bank the several times I mentioned before.
Abuse? That is being committed by the bank for not helping her properly
After more than 50 years banking with these idiots, which it doesn't mean anything to them, I got news for the credit union, in few weeks she will be receiving several thousands of$$$$ and she will fire your behind and go to your competition. Do not bank with this people they are a joke San Diego County Federal Credit Union the best give me a Big Break

Absolutely terrible experience. After almost a decade and entire car finance with no delinquencies i was charged repeatedly for being overdrawn. To the point where the fees were greater than the amount overdrawn. I understand it is my responsibility, however the branch disabled my accounts so i couldn’t transfer in the balance electronically. Then when i went in, because they’re disabled, i had to do a cash advance from my other bank, which i also get charged for. None of the fees were reversed. All accounts closed for good and will never participate with this establishment again. Very poor customer service.

Wow, where do I even start with the incredible experience I had at San Diego Credit Union (SDCCU)! If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! I cannot speak highly enough of their dedication and professionalism, particularly that of Marisol, my assigned Financial Service Representative, and her trainer Alyma.

Between deadlines and a dealership that seemed unfamiliar with how credit unions operate, let's just say things weren't going as smoothly as I'd hoped. That's when Marisol, my Financial Service Representative, and her amazing trainer Alyma, stepped in like absolute superheroes!

I'll be the first to admit, I had a moment where I lost my cool due to the stress and the feeling of being stuck in the middle between the bank and the dealership. But Marisol and Alyma? They were pillars of patience, grace, and downright tenacity. Despite being new to her role, Marisol navigated the situation like a seasoned pro, guided at every step by Alyma's expertise.

Here's the magical part: they both stayed after hours, dedicating their Friday evening just to ensure my loan was finalized. 🌙 Yes, ABOVE and BEYOND doesn't even begin to cover it! 🚀

And the cherry on top? 🍒 I was behind the wheel of my new car just yesterday! 🚗 🎉

Waiting on the phone for over 40min... and nothing.... The phone just loops in to it's own recording. All I had was a simple question.... I need to rethink banking options if this is how it is... very disappointed, especially when in the recording it continues to say that they are number one.... I beg to differ after waiting 40+ min. And yet nothing... never got through.

Unfortunately this is the closest branch location to me, the manager there is the worst I've seen in regards of Customer Service, there is a sense of entitlement from their part whenever dealing with staff, specifically the manager as everything falls down the chain. If you can avoid this Branch specifically, please do so. The tellers there are a mixed result, some very polite and efficient, some very similar to management emulating the behavior.

Terrible customer service! We are dealing with a fraud issue and there was zero cooperation and support from any of the employees from this bank, including the branch manager (Veronica). No professionalism was practiced to handle such a sensitive situation. Very disappointed that when we needed help the most they let you down.
