High praises to Torrey Pines Bank for their consistently excellent customer service over the last four years. This was the only bank I could find during the pandemic that allowed completely remote enrollment and that offered full service remotely as well. Our recent administrative changes to our accounts were handled with professional efficiency, ease, and graciousness by Ms. Nguyen-Smith and I so appreciate her assistance. Thank you!

I was thoroughly and especially impressed with the both the bank teller’s, Chandler Reid and Yvonne Rodriguez, due to their consistent and exceptional service. They greeted me warmly, listened attentively, and provided clear explanations of banking options. The entire team has always displayed patience, empathy, and professionalism throughout, making me feel valued as a customer.

Although my parents account was closed about two years ago, Micaela Franchi went out of her way to help me see if a check drawn on my parents’ account had been cashed. Prudence has always been an exceptional help to my husband and I in dealing with a myriad of issues.
When I go to her with a problem or inquiry she’s always back in touch expeditiously. I honestly don’t know what I would do if Prudence wasn’t there, I feel in such good hands with her. We recently had our debit cards compromised while out of town and she handled it immediately and put our minds at ease. This is just one example over the years. What a gem you have!

This is probably the most ridiculous bank I have ever been in. My father brought me to this bank to get an antique bracelet out from his safety deposit box for my mother’s birthday. It literally took over an hour for the staff to “add me in their system” before they would allow him to have access to his own safety deposit box. Seven employees walking around doing nothing but shuffling papers. The whole experience was surreal. We will be moving our safety deposit box in short order. It’s remarkable they seem miffed why a customer does not think waiting an hour for them to “add a co-signer” seems a bit unreasonable.
