Not sure if the atm has been out of service for months, or just the few times I’ve tried in the past few months but it’s an issue either way. Before you drive here, just assume the atm machine is broken and go somewhere else.

So far my SDCCU experience hasn't been the best. Opening a new account at this location took about an hour and a half, and the associate made it very awkward with unprofessional language and complaining the whole time about how dumb the system is. I still haven't gotten my debit card which was supposed to arrive within a week so I have to find the time to reach back out to them. The person assisting me aggressively tried to convince me I should switch all my banking to SDCCU, but my primary bank has better service and fewer fees (and doesn't charge for minor banking errors like charging to an incorrect account with insufficient funds). Hopefully my next visit will be smoother. I don't see this overall as a great option for primary banking.

The worst sdccu in San Diego, I rarely go into this branch due to the rudeness of the employees, but when the ATM isn't working you really don't have a choice. They hassle me about wearing a hat inside, I work outside all day so I obviously wear a hat, and refuse to do my transaction, but they allow masks that cover your face lol what sense does this make. They would rather embarrass me and insist I take the hat off rather than just doing the transaction. I am never going here again

I had the absolutely best experience at this branch.Judy was able to help me immediately and she was kind and she solved my problem right away. I can't understand the lower reviews unless they came in when the office was very busy. I checked online to see when the best time was to visit.

I can't believe the negative reviews I'm reading here! I've been a member of SDCCU since back when the County of San Diego's payroll first started direct deposit and this was the only method. Almost 35 years!
They are a Credit Union. They are not an online financial service.
They respect their member's security and in light of all the network vulnerabilities, being asked to go to the bank in person is a good thing!.
I'll be visiting this branch the first time today.. didn't know you opened up. So close to work. Thanks for all you do!

All the stars for Jorge who helped me finalize my auto loan after finding a great car! He sat patiently with me while I waited for my husband to respond to my text messages, and got everything approved via focusing so my husband didn’t have to leave work where he was much needed. He even found a charging cord for my phone so it wouldn’t die during the whole visit. Grateful that Jorge helped me with such a daunting task.

Are you kidding me? I have a current $30000 loan with this bank for a brand new car and they won’t take my money from me on the phone or online My wife was just told by their corporate office that she would have to walk into their bank branch with CASH!! Not an ATM, not a credit card....CASH! What am I? A crack dealer? I thought banks wanted to finance you. That’s how they make money!! Not this one. I have to bring my piggy bank in and hit it with a hammer in front of them to pay for my $30000 car!! WOW!! I’ll be going elsewhere!
