Ridiculously high Broker Fee!!!!!! *

They charged $1380 broker fee for $3000 insurance coverage!!!!!

I've been using same agent over 10 years so I THOUGHT I could trust them.
When she gave me a quote in June, it got really high, almost double since last one. When I asked her the reason for increase price, all she told me was "Insurance company jack up price", she didn't mention any "Broker Fee"
It's my fault that I didn't read carefully to sign on "Docusign" . I should have requested her to provide clear invoice include Broker fee before I paid full.
6 month later, I paid same amount again. Once again, she NEVER mentioned about $1300 broker fee. A few days later, I received invoice from insurance company, it was only $3000. Therefore, I asked her what's the reason for the price gap, she told me that I supposed to receive new invoice, but she never mentioned about broker fee.

So, please be careful with them. Recommend getting clear invoice before pay insurance fee.

If you need anything I recommend going here. They do their best to find you the cheapest insurance. They do charge broker fees but they appear to be cheaper than other agencies. I have worked with Lizette for years and she is awesome!

Up charge for every single thing for their broker fee. Tried to charge me $380 for a title transfer, wouldn’t let me put that it was a gift and that it had to be that I bought it for atleast $300. I went to another insurance place and got my transfer for $60 same day. Also charged me almost $500 for a start up downpayment for a liability plan. Would not recommend. I went to Alisha @ Aguayo and she helped me with everything, and I only paid $175 she’s very sweet and won’t try to scam you
