Tried to shop with this company for home and auto insurance at two different times in these past 3 months. The lady’s seems very nice and I believe she is a one woman team. With that said I had reached out multiple times through text/phone calls and never got a response back. I saw the good reviews so I wanted to have my insurances done here. I even showed up in person and met Nichol and she said she would reach out to me, I filled the online form she needed then and I ended up calling a week later and sending a text at some point and still have not gotten any word back. I understand she’s busy but she should have just told me to look elsewhere if she didn’t have the time to help me, i informed her I was urgently looking for insurance as our policies got cancelled suddenly.

I have been using Nichole Ary at Goosehead Insurance to help get my clients insurance for their home purchase for the past couple years now. She has been quick to respond, and offers very competitive rates while still being able to insure properties that most carriers will not.
If you are shopping for insurance and can't find a carrier that will insure your home, I recommend calling Nichol's office to get a quote for homeowners insurance.
