Unprofessional, extreme lack of communication and effort. I have chains of emails and txts to prove it and would happily provide evidence to anyone who inquires about it. It's really baffling how the manager of seaside property, Cindy Eades, is able to convince clients to trust in her. If you need to do business with her, then so be it. But I warn you that you're doing so with an incompetent person who does not show up at a final inspection, fails to deliver keys to an amenity until the 10th month of living at her property, and FAILS to notify us when a new service for parking patrol goes into effect. This eventually led to one of our cars being towed, which we had to pay $300 to get back. When we confronted Cindy about it, she had the nerve to say she was not aware (although we know she was notified by the HOA), not responsible, and made no mistakes.
