I left the company after being a client for years. No claims filed. I left in December because they kept increasing my rate with no clear reason as to why and very poor customer service. I worked in customer service for over 13 years. My mom recently left for the same reason. They have been calling her and me to try to get my business back. I'm very happy with USAA and my payment is much lower. I sent an email asking them to stop. This was her snarky response.

Me: "Please have your office to stop calling me and my mom, Barbara Askew

She has now left the company. I informed you about poor service in December and now she's decided to leave.

Tracie, and her staff.. do an excellent job. I started with my truck, and now have grown to (5) separate items - from homeowners to boat. They have given me excellent service. Had a claim with my vehicle, ( minor ) it was a very smooth process the entire way! I would recommend anyone to use this particular office, and State Farm.

Just switched so haven’t had any claims yet, but so far my experience has been great! When I emailed I got a response in less than three minutes, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. I needed to follow up on the phone and they called exactly when they said they would. So refreshing! I had all my policies changed within 20 minutes. So far, can’t recommend enough.
