I recently toured Connect SLO and I am beyond impressed! From the moment that I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism and that really made me feel welcomed. The manager, Vicente, was simply amazing. He took his time to walk me through all the available floor plans, amenities, as well as the subtle things that truly makes this property stand out.
The property itself is immaculate and well-maintained and you can tell they take pride in keeping everything in excellent condition. The apartments I toured were modern, spacious and had everything that I was looking for.
What really stood out to me was the hospitality. Vicente made me feel so comfortable and he answered all my queries with such patience. He made it feel less like a sales pitch and more like he genuinely cared about helping me find my dream place. If you're looking for a place where you'll feel valued and surrounded by quality , I highly recommend taking a tour here. You will not be disappointed! 🙂

I have had a wonderful experience living at Connect! From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the cleanliness, modern amenities, and overall peaceful atmosphere of the community. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues, and the grounds are always well-kept, making it a truly enjoyable place to call home.

Disclaimer, I am leasing a single office space in the back building. Price is right, but the terms keep getting worse - no mail can be sent to me here, I can't have more than 2 guests up to my office for a meeting, the co-working meeting room has no AV equipment to run a proper meeting and is most often occupied by a single student studying, not allowed to access the gym (given a weak argument about occupancy limits), the cleaning staff vacuum loudly every Thursday in the middle of the work day, the rooms have a terrible echo (resolved mostly with sound absorbing wall hangings), and there is no parking space allocated to the office tenants, but there is literally no parking left anywhere near the office since Duncan Alley opened up. On top of that, the parking garage machine has been out of service 3-4 times in the last year, and that forced all the Apt tenants to fight for the VERY limited spaces on the lot and/or move cars on the street frequently to avoid tickets. 2hr parking limits on the street are being enforced heavily by SLO PD (after never being a problem before the Duncan Alley project broke ground). Appeals to remedy the situation as the parking got worse every month were met with apathy by the Property Management team (not there problem that the street parking I enjoyed before Duncan Alley is no longer on option).

I have lived at the connect apartments for about a year and a half and have overall enjoyed the experience. The apartments have lots of nice amenities and I love the view I get from my balcony. Property management is always kind and willing to help.
The automatic garage system can cause a lot of frustration though as it seems to randomly break down and leave you unable to access your car.

Although every apt will have its qualms I will say that the management is very attentive to any issues and the residents. I have never had an issue getting anything fixed with maintenance in less than 2-3 days. Also Vicente is the best he is always super helpful and friendly he needs to be kept and given a raise!

After moving in last year from the other side of town, Connect has surpassed all our expectations. The entire property is consistently spotless and properly maintained, neighbors are respectful and have never caused issues, and the property management (led by Vincente) has always been welcoming, personable, and helpful. No plans of going anywhere!
