I live pretty close by, and yet never have had to personally walk in in the many years I've used Nichols. Every time I've needed to set up my insurance, change cars, adjust policies, ask about claims, etc, Eva has taken care of each and every one of my needs. Their email and phone communication is very professional and always satisfactory. Not to mention a very friendly relationship they portray. Sometimes I forget and act like I'm texting them and it's actually email messages, and when I realize this, its never affected my transactions because they're always on top of it. Great job Miss. Bustos, You're the best!

Was lied to/ given wrong information regarding my initial insurance payment by their rep Eva Bustos which resulted in me receiving multiple overdraft fees. When I called her regarding it she stated she would look into it. Got an e-mail stating that there was nothing she could do and sorry for the inconvenience. Then she stopped responding to my e-mails. How does an insurance agent not know how the insurance company bills?
