Terrible customer service. I’ve been emailing them for over a week just to get a simple document for a mutual client. The client is trying to refinance and he already has insurance with them. Why can’t they just send the form to the client? Or at least respond to any email. The two agents that I’ve been trying to get any response from are Elias and Lester. Just have basic, decent customer service to your existing clients.

Highly Recommend the AAA LaVerne, CA office!! Jaime, Bella (the manager) and the "unknown front desk lady" 😉 did a great job of welcoming me, helping and interacting (personable, friendly, concerned, professional - and a positive atmosphere collectively and individually with every employee), unlike my crappy, rude, ignorant local office in Chino, CA (stay away). Bella knows what it means to be a professional, properly "manage" her employees and members, and attract members. 10 stars out of 10!! Yes Bella, I will recommend your office! 😄😄😄😄😄

This location is horrible regarding home owners insurance. The workers there keep typing my paperwork out wrong. I have to keep going back there for them to fix things on it. So far it’s been 4 times.

Service is excellent! Auto Club perks are fantastic...no standing in line at DMV which makes membership worthwhile all by itself! Insurance rates are reasonable. AND you don't have to buy their insurance to get roadside assistance/towing. AAA is well worth 5 stars in my book. I would rate them 10 stars if possible!

If you're a member there's lots of perks
You can update your registration.
You can get travel deals. Get photos for your passport. The people are friendly and very helpful.
With the Covid issues you must check in at the front door but it's still in business.
I don't know if there's days that are very busy,I was fortunate to go in and get help fast. I changed my membership
Got travel advise. And it only took me thirty minutes.

Stopped by today and was greeted with a smile and welcome, Nina was great in helping me do the transfer of ownership and was very professional, Harold in the Insurance department makes understanding Insurance policies much easier.

This location is right off of Foothill Blvd in La Verne. Great location. Friendly staff and customer service. At times the wait can seem long but service is fast.

Plenty of parking. Clean establishment. I love being able to take care of DMV paperwork, payments without physically having to visit DMV.

I've booked vacations through AAA and have yet to be disappointed.

I recently switched from Allstate to AAA insurance and am quite pleased.

I had Allstate for over 30+ years and only experienced increased rates after increased rates with absolutely no personal details or service.

I have an excellent driving record.

Switching to AAA has not only saved me money immediately, but I have since received to rebate checks!

I am pleased with AAA.
