We have had United Insurance since I was a child, I’ve never had to deal with them until recently. I’ve requested policy information through email, from a personal manager named Wagby and just have been treated very ignored. Not happy with the team when they are ready to collect payment the manager to bother you until payed. But requiring info from your deceased fathers policy shouldn’t be that hard to get and I provided them with all necessary info.

Horrible! My family has been with this company since I was a little girl. This company used to be 5 star but it no longer is. Phone numbers change without notice, your insurance agent changed without notice and when you call a local office no one can help. If you live on the west coast and try calling in for a claim u better wake up @ 4:30a to be on hold until almost 7a. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I have no complaints, agents can become a little annoying at times but as long as I'm not standing on a corner doing car washes for my children they're alright with me. Expect for their recent telephone number change with any notice and I have been trying to contact them for 2wks.

Sadly United was bought out by or merged with Kemper Life and did some down sizing closing the local office. With the change came horrible service. I am trying to increase and purchase more insurance and I cannot find an agent to save my life. Pathetic!!!

They up and moved without notifying customers nor their own agents. No forwarding telephone number, just a disconnected recording. No sign on the door. Terrible customer service and corporate isn't any better. Can't reach anybody! Very bad business practice! I don't recommend!
