If I could give them 0 stars I would! We rented a property 773 Tamarack Way house smelled like curry we asked to be clean so the smell can be not as strong. Landlord and property management decline any cleaning. A big repair was made that we didn’t even ask and we didn’t have access to our room for months a 2 week repair ended becoming a 3 almost 4 months repair. The landlord wanted to kick us out for our service dog (Yorker) because we had a dog. We showed proof still went ahead and service us with an eviction letter because the landlord did not want our service animal we then talk to a higher person the supervisor and she agreed it’s illegal for the landlord to kick us out. Then when the repairs were done they completely dirty our room, floors, beds. Everything was dusted and we asked for the carpet to be cleaned since it was their repairs and they dirty everything again landlord denied again! She was mad about not being able to get us out over our service animal and serve us the next day she was not renewing the contract due to “selling” the home. Only to find out they listed the house. Horrible service from day 1 we signed the agreements till this day! Not to mention WORST LANDLORD EVER! Luis will lie about EVERYTHING!
Also the house looks NOTHING like the pictures! Worst repairs as well half made. Again lies about everything. Luis has been one of the most frustrating realtor our family has dealt with!

Luis Castro will happily lie to you and ignore your maintenance requests if he doesn’t think they’re important. And then he will never answer his phone when you question him about it. Avoid at all costs.

I would avoid at all costs as a renter or property owner. They were dishonest in dealing with us and the elderly property owner. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional, disorganized staff.

Terrible professionalism, it is almost impossible to actually talk to one of the realtors. It's always through scattered email or text messages. They never answer the phone or return phone calls.
