I had a wonderful experience hiring Joe McGuire to sell my Stockton house. He took professional photos, used a drone to capture the beautiful view of the lake and my backyard. Horrible management company. Total waste of time and money. I was a potential renter. I had great credit and great references. I told them up front about our 15 lb dog. Even though they said pets were allowed, I told them to tell me if a small dog would be a deal-killer. They accepted my application fee and then decided to rent it to another person without a pet. They lied about pets being allowed. I then battled with them to prove their application fee. Poor customer service, poor people to deal with. I dealt with Janet Simas and the property was in Monterey.
