DO NOT LIVE HERE, they will find ANY excuse to raise the rent, expect you to pay for THEIR neglected infestations, and keep their properties at a bare MINIMUM of maintenance if you could even call it that. Avoid the headaches, stay away from Mangold Properties.

I know there are some good things for the company, but be prepared to pay more than the rent (if you need maintenance), and be prepared to lose the deposit. Even though we cleaned up very well, and never had anything damaged (since we only stayed for several months), they would still charge the cleaning fee and (more important) high paint fee.

They are by the book. They follow up and provide necessary information about their process and policies. At the end of the day, it's a Property Managment Company that always favors the landlord/property owners, so I had to give them just an OK rating.

The employees at Mangold are amazing! Dianna was prompt and very friendly throughout the process, and I am so grateful for her! Same with the women working at the front desk, they were so sweet every time I interacted with them, even the times when I probably asked TOO many questions (lol). Highly recommend 😊

I rented an apartment w/Mangold Property for two years. Great location. Had to move due to work relocation. On site property managers were always available and responsive. However, don't expect to get your security deposit returned. You're better off to repaint and hire a professional cleaner yourself and submit the invoices as proof the work has been done. Corporate gets overcharged by subs and passes the cost down to you. They never did fix the dishwasher with their money, but they sure were quick to use my money.

Mangold doesn’t even deserve one star , if you’re reading this review, do yourself a solid and find another property manager unless you enjoy getting treated poorly and having your time wasted while paying a premium to live in a wonderful termite infested apartment.

We absolutely loved our experience getting a new place under Mangold management. We were in a situation where we really wanted to move so we checked an apartment under their management that we loved. They told us that an applicant was approved before us, so they immediately had a new place for us to see that was even better and got us in happy and comfortable. The response time on maintenance has been fabulous and the process is very clear and comprehensive. Thank you especially to Ashley Blackmon for being quick and present to our questions and our needs. We really appreciate you taking care of us and keeping us in mind.
