February of this year my detail shop was broken into. The thieves broke a window and pried IRON bars the thieves entered THREE times as viewed and time stamped on our cameras and it wasn't until the THIRD time the thieves entered the alarm FINALLY went off. Due to the faulty equipment I was robbed thousands in equipment that helps support my livelihood. Brinks passed the bill to the third party who installed the alarm and both want to wash their hands to get rid of us. We just got a letter in the mail stating to "unresolved account activity" they will be dropping us. This is very unprofessional . I DO NOT recommend this company if you're in the market for " industry committed to providing powerful and reliable security with a fast alarm response" as they state they are but clearly are not. I understand things go faulty but there was no support on their end to make things right with us. I would highly recommend to ask any security company you go with to ask what support they offer in the event if their equipment fails, if they say they do not offer coverage for valuables stolen due to their faulty equipment then RUN. Brinks will not help you in the end.

I don't recommend this company, the service is not good, and after cancelling I still receiving charges, they took it away and I have charges again with interest, they don't care about you, soon you signed to be with them, you are money secure monthly for them...

Oh I had an altercation with one of your employees in Moreno Valley at the Wells Fargo off of Frederick Street in pigeon Pass today at 12:20 PM. I simply asked a question how long that would take to get out of the way of the drive-through at this point your employee who was heavyset buzzed haircut begin to act rude towards me and cursed at me for me ask him if he was serious it was gonna take two hours to leave that driveway entrance. As you continue to go about his job he kept staring at me and even began to hold his gun trying to threaten me. Not only do I think this is unprofessional but I do not see how a company as yours can employ a person with this type of attitude and demeanor

I wish I can give them a negative 5 stars, they have been the most unprofessional company. They are giving my elder mom the toughest time to cancel her account. Literally over 50 calls and they just hang up and lie about the whole process
