My daughter and I went in to make a deposit and do other banking transactions. We were helped by Hugo who was knowledgeable about our options as well as courteous, helpful and friendly. It was a great experience overall.

Hugo was very helpful and has great customer service. He is knowledgeable and helps with simplifying the process. I highly recommend him. Although all the staff members are wonderful at Global Credit Union In Jess Ranch.

We started with Alaska because they were nearby and service there was so friendly and attentive to our needs. When we moved to Ohio, we stayed with Global for the same reasons. Even though customer service is via phone when needed, it’s just like being there in person - everyone is friendly and attentive to our needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Imel (?) I had several items of business to address. I knew going in it may be confusing, tedious, and time consuming for this teller. Despite the possible challenges of the transactions and my many questions regarding said transactions, this teller showed patience and grace through it all. She never showed signs of frustration, which is rare, these days. She makes a difference and is an asset to Global Federal Credit Union.

I would find a different Bank! After a thief gets your debit card information they refuse to issue provisional Credit like real Credit Unions! they expect you to wait 5 to 10 days!! This is SUBSTANDARD BANKING PRACTICES! I'm disappointed in their Service!

Had an order from Walmart, Walmart didn't take out the money right away so the bank gave it back to me. Then drained my bank account. Iv had managers an tech tell me it's a problem with the system. The higher ups just want me to give them money and allow them to take money put when ever they want. They took 5 times what the were supposed to and they are saying I'm responsible even though I didn't give permission to take put the money.
Do not bank here
I have a core checking and they over drafted me anyways. THE BANK GAVE AN OK TO OVER DRAFT MY CORE CHECKING. THEU BROKE CONTRACTS AND BROKE THE LAW.
