Anus is a liar and poor management he approved me for a house made me get renters insurance then never rented to me I think he gave it away or didn't own the property some kind of scam don't waste your 45 dollars to apply he will lead you on for weeks

Anis Rahman is not a good man. The house he rented me has sooo many code violations. When I complained, he told me if I wasn't happy I could move out. After signing a lease 2 weeks prior. When I told him I was calling the code enforcers. He told me, I didn't want to cause him problems.
I called. Now he's not sending anyone to fix anything. He's not responding to my Service Request. Don't rent from this man.
These were only some of the issues he got a text on.
Back left corner room.
1. No screens on window
2. Closet needs a bar to hang clothes.
3. Screws in windows. Do the locks not work? If they don’t work, I want them replaced with locks that do work.
4. Curtain rods for windows.
5. No door knob.
Front left bedroom
1. No smoke alarm.
2. Electrical outlets are two prongs. We need them change to support multiple outlet plugs.
3. Needs a screen window.
4. Screw in windows?
5. No door room closet.
6. Needs a curtain rod.
Back right bedroom
1. No screens.
2. Screws in window?

4. No rod to hang clothes.
Bathroom
1. Plates that belong behind shower handles are missing
2. Water handles turn in both directions? Not clockwise on, counter off.
3. Right handle falls off.

Is not secure.
5. Toilet seat is not for this toilet. It’s too big.
6. I need the medicine cabinet moved.
7. When the toilet was changed to another used one with brown marks that can’t be cleaned, it left the tile dirty and nasty. No seal. No caps to cover where it’s screwed in.
8. Paint is damaged from moving previous toilet.
9. Mirror above sink is missing.
10. We had to buy a shower rod. 10.00 from Walmart. I want a reimbursement.
Hallway
1. No light switch.
2. Need the outlet changed to 3 prongs.
3. Hall closet has no shelf or bar to hang coats and jackets.
Living room
1. No screens.
2. Screws on window?
3. Need another outlet.
4. Window broken.
Kitchen
1. Missing electrical plate.
2. Missing glass for cupboard
3. Sink in not secured.
4. Missing cabinet handles.
5. Deadbolt does not work.
6. Window has no screen.
7. No curtain rod.
8. Need another outlet under the kitchen window, or I’m going to have every outlet with multiple outlet plugs and extension cords running all over.
9. No smoke detector.
Front yard
1. Gate guide is broken.
2. Gate has to be picked up to put latch on. I’m old, it need to work right.
3. Side chain link fence needs
4. 3 metal fence polls to give ensure dog doesn’t jump into the neighbors yard
5. Needs possibly fence post put in the corners of the fence. Dog already got out.
6. Fence being built has 4 to 6 inches of open space. The neighbor has cats and kittens. Too much space for him to dig and squeeze through
7. 5” open pipe near water heater.
8. Water heater goes out and doesn’t light like it’s supposed to
9. Fence needs to be finished. On both sides. Cam you imagine all the neighbor’s chickens in a bloody mess!
10. Where’s the light switch for the backyard light?
11. Back right corner of the fence needs a post.
12. Dog house needs to be removed.
13. Trash needs to be removed.
14. I’m going to rake again after unpacking. I’m going to need glass, screws, and nailed filled dirt to be removed.
15. Tree still needs some work. One branch is cut and tied off. Just hanging up there. There’s a branch that looks cracked.
16. 2 foot high stumps still sticking out of backyard.
17. Fence on opposite side in front also needs those metal polls for the top.
That’s all I can find right now shifting boxes here and there to look.
He actually had his guys make a couple landfills in the backyard.
