Luan was an amazing landlady. She always did everything she could to help us out. When it came time to move she even stayed late to give us time to deliver the keys to the home. She's the best landlady I've ever had and highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent.

Luan is the best. We are going on 4 years as a tenant for Golden Property Management. Always quick to respond and takes good care of us. We are so lucky to have Luan as our manager. Highly recommend.

Very bad customer service. Do not waist your money with this company. Luan Blake is quick to jump for her 10% but when the tenant needed battery replacement on the smoke detectors to the unit she was renting from us, Blake contacted us owners to drive 34 miles to replace the batteries ourselves, She even contacted us for a removal of a water beetle. The day we notified them that we wouldn't be renewing with them, they terminated the contract that same day. This company didn't even wait until the end of the contract which was about 1 week. As of right now we are still waiting to hear back from them even though we have tried on multiple occasions. This is in regards to us getting our key and our control back for our property.

Not in their office unless you make an appointment. Only way to make one is to call. I called the number and I dont get an answer but the voicemail says to leave my name and number for Golden Property Management. I call again and the same voice tells me that I have the wrong number somehow even though her voice is on the voicemail. I dont understand how you’re gonna tell me I have the wrong number with the same voice on the voicemail…

I have nothing but great thing to say about Golden Property Management. I've been a tenant with them for 3 years. Never had a problem, if something needed to be fixed, it was done in the same day or within 24hr. This is one of the best Property management company I have worked with. The only reason I'm leaving is because they don't have a house that can accommodate me at this time. Needed a bigger house do to my grandmother coming to stay with me.
Manager Luan is GREAT to work with.
