Excellent team, Chad is great and helped us get into the perfect place for us. I’ve been renting through prop man for years now. Chad has been amazing to work with and rent from. Anytime a maintenance issues pops up Chad and team are on top of it instantly. From plumbing issues to foxes living under our shed. 10/10 recommend anyone looking to rent in Redlands to work with propman. I know I will be.

Honestly the best! Have been renting a property from them for over a year, and they are always so good with efficiently making sure any questions or issues are resolved and done well. Kerry and her team are absolutely 100% incredible. I have had the opportunity to work with Kerry on several different properties over the last five years.

She is extremely professional, consistent and tenacious and managing these properties. There’s no problem that her team does not jump on and handle immediately. I’ve had great success in both long-term rentals and now with short term rentals.

I would highly recommend Kerry and the Propman team to anyone who is looking for property management. They have exceeded my expectations.

One of the best things about them is they are just so kind and wonderful people.

Propman has not replied to this day nobody has returned my call or emailed about the property. Still waiting to here about the property in Redlands by the library false claims they don't seem to care to call or email me.

The worst customer service ever can't get anybody on the phone and nobody returns calls was shown a house Realtor was about an hour late to the showing and ready to apply then got ghosted still no response. I wouldn't trust them.
