I’ve been with this place since I was 16 and now I am 34 yrs old! I’ve been with this company for years, usually I have the best customer service experience. Today unfortunately was a different story. Adrianna H. was very snappy, impatient, and kept talking over me. She stated “We keep interrupting each other so let me talk and you can listen and then speak after me” She quoted me one price then when I was about to agree to be added on to a policy she quoted me a different price almost $100 extra. She didn’t know why it raised when the accident report stated I wasn’t at fault. She wouldn’t call to fix it after she said she would and she still hasn’t given me a price after a day and a half of asking what I’d have to pay out of my pocket to my dad who was adding me on his policy. When I initially called in the morning I was very respectful and from the jump she was rude saying “ugh hold on” and put me on hold for 5 mins sounding irritated the fact I called. I treat others how they treat me she was very unprofessional and I feel if you don’t like your job then find a different one. I do hope they monitor the call for quality assurance. I’m very unhappy with how she handled everything.

Jose runs a tight operation with professionalism that is second to none. They’re always looking out for the client, providing the best policy at the most reasonable price. We won’t go anywhere else.
