A lot of insecurity in this park.
All streets are fire line and there is not proper and enough parking guests spaces , they are constantly towing our cars and they do not have a good security company. Even if you are only renting I would not
recomended . Talk to the neighbors in the park first ,ask them questions and you will find out .
Look somewhere else if you want a better experience.

The Current manager doesn't care for the safety of the residents. There isn't enough parking.It is difficult to exit the park because cars need to be parked outside in the streets and they block the view of oncoming traffic. Cars keep getting vandalized, mail boxes got broken into and homeless people are seen in the park all the time. AVOID!

Honestly who ever gets a house here please don’t!! The rent goes up and the space goes up every year we started paying a amount and they didn’t tell us that every year the the space goes up, if you have bikes welp you can’t have any, you got a extension core, in the back ? Well you can’t have any, trust us that we been living here for a while an the rules get worse every year!! Please go somewhere else or buy urself a actual house, this is pathetic just like the manager here!!! Thank you for reading this an I hope who ever see this can think twice!!! Don’t make the same mistake we did, trust me everyone here is tired of the manager!!!

Es un horror. Una pesadilla vivir aquí
No lo recomiendo.
Infórmate primero con los residentes de esta comunidad .
Aquí poco falta para que mánager te diga q es lo que debes comer y color de ropa usar
Y cuando ya estás apunto de pagar tu casa te pone muchas trabas para q te vallas
y pierdas tu casa y rebenderla para su beneficio..
Sólo con las personas hispanas. Es una hija de p*** alos americanos y afroamericanos no les dice nada aún viendo q su casa esta en mal estado. La verdad no recomiendo es mejor comprar una casa de verdad te saldrá mejor y más barato
