Talk about professional and helpful! This is what I experienced today when I had to call Keystone for my dad who I was helping him with setting up his account. I had the pleasure with talking with San and she was so extremely helpful and patient! She assisted me with all the questions I had and also made sure I set things up correctly before moving on. A high salute to Leira for her outstanding customer service which was beyond my experience and expectations when talking to a customer rep.
