I just got insurance and we paid $529.89 for what we were told was a down payment.They took the money and only put $236.47 towards my insurance. We now believe after reading all these reviews that they are going to claim that the missing money is a brokerage fee. I have tried to call them 10 times or more without success.We were on the phone for 20 minutes and we paid $236.47 for what I am sure are hidden brokerage fees. I would suggest that you do not get insurance with this company.

I’ve been doing business with them since Feb this year, my agent Alex has been helpful in looking for the best quote for my car insurance, since I have a recent accident has been hard to keep the good quotes. My only complaint to them is that they take an extremely long time getting back to you when you request a change in the policy, it took me about 1.5 hours to make changes to my policy, sign the papers and receive finally the new proof of insurance, they really need to improve this, people have busy lives and no time for waiting this long.
Overall good service, besides the responsive time, something that I really hope is improved.

Mr. Johnson was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process of finding me the most affordable coverage for my vehicle. Also set me up with the SR-22 to get my license reinstated from the DMV the next day to get me back on the road again. All this in less than 45minutes. Good job
