Worst ever!!! They expect for rent to be paid on time but when requesting maintenance work they never come by to fix.

Today is April 2nd I received a 3 day pay and or quit notice stating my rent was due I was explained that rent can be paid up to the 3rd and after that it's a $100 late fee Why would they issue a 3 day notice if i haven't violated the lease and i havent passed the 3rd day of the month?

I am very upset and if you currently lease with company contact the CODE ENFORCEMENT in your area.. I already sent them information of a water leak I've had since May 2023 and it's now almost a year and they can't manage to fix it..

I am posting pictures so everyone sees the conditions we have to live in.

The absolute worst place to live. Do not come here or rent any of their properties. You never get any maintenance. There’s roaches Laundry facilities do not work four months at a time and it just takes her money and they never give it back. There’s roaches the rear gate never works those homeless people walking through here at night drug addicts. All they want is rent. They absolutely do not care about their tenants. I’m moving out as soon as possible, horrible place to be !!!!!!

I’ve been living in this home for 2 years and I’ve telling them to fix the roofing issue, plumbing issues, water heat problems, flooring broke, door framing damage because of rain, doors have gaps, windows have gaps and spiders coming in nesting, kitchen cabinets don’t close, balcony roof is Mickey Moused/ half fixed, electrical issues with power turning off, the whole yard gets flooded when it rains, etc. Theirs so quick to want there money and threaten to evict you if you don’t pay but they don’t send people to fix anything but when they do, it’s 6 months -1 years later and they do mucky mouse work. I have videos and paperwork request saved. Please do not rent from bridge management. Someone please help

Is there no way for you all to come together & get an aggressive atty used to dealing w slumlords. Maybe if the homes all had unfortunate events maybe theyd get their act together once theres nuthing to rent. Jus sayin🤔🧐

If I can give 0 stars I will. They just gave us the run around whole time they already rented the place we put money on. Even their own worker said she thinks it’s a racial thing. Now that I’m seeing all these reviews and pictures I’m glad we didn’t get it.

The absolute worst place to rent from in the IE. They never fix anything and change property owners like draws. I’ve had mold in my house for 2yrs now, no AC , broken tiles , leaking roof, carpets coming up from the wood bloating under the house from the rain and years of neglect but wants me to pay $2500 a month . POS place and people

I'm a current renter threw Bridge management it's been over a month and half they haven't came out to fix my toilet that has been broken it's so old and needs to be replaced I only been in this home since July Very Bad Business people idk how their still a company after reading all these bad reviews smh I don't want to be here long

If I could give them negative stars I would. DO NOT RENT from this place. Nothing ever gets fixed and they raise rent close to 10% every single year.
