I like them. They have always answered my calls or messages and fix things asap. Im willing to work with a company that at least cares. If they cant do everything in one day thats fine as long as they are getting things done i dont care 🤷.
I feel like some tenants should be more patient and not so demanding.

Worst place to rent from , for almost a year we've been trying to get our plumbing fix. They lie saying they'll fix it but never do. Worst Worst Worst!! company!!!! to rent from. Be aware of there lies, and that's not the only problem in this building. I already called health department and every other department needed to fix this issue.

They are the worst bunch of scammers and liars I've ever dealt with . So unprofessional and uneducated it's makes you wonder how they are even in business. They don't return calls , lie to your face if you manage to even get ahold of someone ,pass the buck on each other and knowingly take your money when they already have rented house . Also they refuse to even give u an application until they show house but never show it. After this I'm calling housing authority and better business bureau. Worst experience ever wouldn't even give 1star but can't give - stars or I would have. Steer clear of this ripoff realty company.

They're a rip off. They tell you one thing and act like the forgot what they told you. Michael lost my information 2 times and then when another house was available, he called me personally and told me he is giving me first dibs (meaning- he's giving me 1st priority), I did everything he told me to, then he told me to fill out the application and pay my $45 application fee (which was $90 for 2 people), which I did in front of him and he told me he
will call me back in 3 days to let me know when to come in to fill out the rental agreement. What happened to 1st come, 1st served (which they also told me that's how they work). Next thing I know, he has someone else call me and tell me they rented out the place smh. I called him to see what happened and now he won't answer my calls. It was lies after lies after lies with them. No one in there can get their story straight. I talked to 4 different people there and each one of them told me different stories, but they told me my application was approved but they don't know what happened yeah right. They just took my money and now giving me the run-around and they won't give me my money back. All they're telling me is when another place comes up that I'm interested in, I can apply for it and won't have to pay the application fee again. No thanks I don't want to deal with them after all that. It's too much. I just want my money back.

I've rented through Wrc for almost a year and am glad they are a Second Chance rental company. My rental history was tainted due to cosigning for my adult children, but Wrc rented me a nice place and anytime I make a maintenance request they're right on it...I'll be staying with them when I transition from a renter to a home owner! I'm happy to be a part of the new Wrc tenant community!

So they Basically Gave nothing but a Run around and a Hard time , I've been Looking for Places that accept Evictions and Judgements so I found this Company and thought I would find something . But he told me to Go to Properties Sereval times and every time I went it was No one there to show the apartment even though he told me it would be someone there every time I showed up . Then when I went back to try in put applications in for the Property they told me they all had been Rented out now I don't even have any where to move and I was suppose to move by the 31st I'm Highly upset

Worse property management won’t tell you when water is being shut off so when your showering and soapy bam waters off. Don’t know service tech schedule when they show up last month water was off for several days they wouldn’t answer phones office number is off wow. Put maintenance request in takes 30 days for them to fix they are very unprofessional

Very incompetent and crooked. Bought and sold a few houses in our time. Had to redo Docusign over and over again due to our name being misspelled and mistakes that we caught. Eventually signed one with a (realtor) mistake that we don’t catch. Before we knew it, the potential buyer was threatening a lawsuit! When we spoke to Kay, he told us we should’ve known better since we’ve bought and sold houses before. I asked what they could do to remedy our nearly $40,000 loss. He said he could lower the cost when we sell our NEXT houses with him!!!!! Then he threatened that he has many lawyers in his family. (Basically, it’ll cost you more if you sue us). Worst experience ever!!! Stay far away.
I should’ve known thst after hundreds of documents, they couldn’t even get our names spelled right!! You hire a realtor in order to protect you. That’s it! They didn’t.
