Never had a bad experience in 15 or so years.
Update! After 22 years at this bank I have to say in the last few months I've been talked down to and some of these newer ladies have been so disrespectful and flat out rude. This new system they're implementing is taking forever, ATM is rarely ever fully functional and when u go in to request something printed they want to stand and argue with why you don't just do it at home from the online services. Well because your online banking is always under maintenance. I'm very frustrated with this banks employees. I've been with them longer than most of the employees.

Bank of Walker County is the best! They made our Smith Lake home buying so easy. Donnie Merritt and Karla made the process stress free. We have moved our other banking needs to Bank of Walker County, since we were so pleased!
