I value Connie Harr as my insurance agent for my medical insurance. I started looking into medical insurance companies for my retirement in 2020. She was great in giving me information on the different plans and asking me about my needs now and possibly in the future regarding my health. I've had to contact her a few times to review my coverage, and she has always answered my calls and questions in a very timely manner. I don't have any complaints she's always been able to help me through the system. In addition, she's great about reviewing the yearly deductibles or co-pays regarding medications and finding that generic medications are an option if the brand names are way too expensive. I highly recommend Connie Harr, especially if you have difficulty at times scrolling through the insurance website.
