DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK!! Did an INSTANT transfer to Empower Checking which should post within 10 min and 1 day later still shows pending. Posted screenshot in photos that shows useless reply from Empower but Empower has removed it several times. Their reply says 3 business days for instant transfer. Frauds. Empower will hold YOUR MONEY and violates Visa card policies.

I am very happy with my experience with Empower. Not only has it has it made me more aware of my spending but also their easy to use platform has provided me with quick access into viewing all of my bank accounts in one place. LOVE Empower! Don’t take my word for it, check it out yourself.
Thanks to Empower AutoSave which helps our family save money effortlessly; all the awesome features of the app helps me to consciously set budget and corrected so many of my reckless spending habits before using the app. I am a finance profession but sometimes I guess I am just too busy focusing on work that neglected misc. personal spending. Not going to lie, this app helps me truly understand the common saying of, “ it’s NOT how much you MAKE but how much you SAVE!” The long term positive impact is huge as conscious and mindful spending becomes a habit. The list goes on and on and this is just the high level of what I like about this product. The uniquely and beautifully designed physical card which always grabs my friends attention is just icing on the cake!

Empower is a pretty trendy app that I recently downloaded. It helps me track my finances and makes me feel bad about spending over my budget! While thers some minor kinks in the system the representatives at Empower have shown they care about their customers and go out of their way to help. Top notch customer service. One of the worst bank you can shop with. Customer service is rude beyond belief hang in your face when you ask them simple question about your money (FYI) do not make any debit purchase with them they will detected your balance but not put the money back in if you return items even though their app says other why all in all this company feels like scam Beware!!
