This place has somehow beaten all Silicon Valley trajectories - they are insanely successful while not losing a truly rare sense of family in their culture. As a spouse of an ex Benchling who has worked for many soulless large companies, it has been refreshing to see how easily the values of mindful internal processes, thoughtful attention to sustainable customer success and a kind workplace culture are embodied in every interaction.
