We purchased our first home with Rudy over 14 years ago and it was the best decision we ever made. He was great throughout the entire transaction and we always felt he had our best interest. We kept in touch and when it came time to rent our property we went with his company for property management. Again best decision we’ve made as they were diligent in vetting the future tenants and fast at communicating any issues the tenants have had with the property. They stay up to date on all laws to protect the tenants and keep us accountable for repairs. Thank you Rudy and your team for all you do!

Zero stars if I could. Avoid dealing with these people. Very unprofessional. They don’t care about you just their money and they charge a ridiculous amount for the late fee. Honestly you’re better off going to another company.

And even if we were late we still paid the extra fees. You’re very quick to accept the money no matter so I, nor my husband need a lecture from you.

Rudy we have receipts carpet was getting clean twice a year. We were there 4 years! If that was the case why didn’t you change the carpet? Instead just cleaned it! For the record we never drove our 2020 new truck thru the garage. I guess you are a liar as comments say. For the grass we had an infestation of gophers who kept eating the grass! Keep the money you must need it more than we do! And for the Record nothing has been provided to me with those pictures am still waiting!

This business as property management is the worst! I Don’t recommend. They Kept my deposit after 4yrs renting a house because of ware and tear and made up stories of damages just to keep the deposit! Managers change so often don’t even know whats going.

Be careful for this company and the people that they hire to do the work for you. They even stole all of our recyclables. 🤦‍♀️(Thats how petty they are.) If you hire Labrada to take care of your property, be careful for their workers, they will overcharge you and under do the work, and when they are done, they will steal from you. As property owners or homeowners, you are better off dealing with it yourself.. This company is not worth renting from or hiring to rent your property. They stereotype and judge and think that they are better than. The only one who has ALWAYS been kind is the woman at the front desk, Breanna.
This company also likes to play a lot of childish games they overcharge four things no one has ever done just to come up on you and your money. Nothing is in retaliation. I'm just stating facts and warning people. If anyone wants to see facts, please personal message me, and I'll show you. The stress this company has caused to me and my husband is wrong we were NEVER late on our rent. We never had any issues with anyone living here. We asked for a walk-through 3 times because i did not trust them NEVER did one with us. But they charged us for all kids of things Tala promised us three times that she would do a walk-through with us and never did she is a disgrace to this company let me show you guys how childish and inappropriate these people are. At first, they tried to say we owed them. No, I don't think so.(((Be careful for this company / people.))) Also whoever responded to this post we kept this property/ home in very good condition. It's an old property and will always need work done to it so please don't insinuate that we did not keep up with this property because we did.It's not our fault that this is an older property we did our best to keep up with what we could including being without heat or water for almost a week.

We never even damaged this property it was left in perfect condition. But as I'm reading all the other posts, I can see this us what they do to people. So sad...

Rudy, is a very professional and patient guy, he's really really really great. I am a tenant and have not paid us rent since November. Since then, our life has entered an unprecedented difficulty. Fortunately, my friend introduced Rudy to me and said that Rudy is very good. Rudy told us today that the tenant has moved out, we are very happy. Our family is very grateful to this company, thanks to Rudy. If you have any difficulties and need help, please remember to introduce Rudy to them. Rudy deserves our trust.
