Absolutely terrible. If you would like to spend all of your hard earned money to be harassed by the property management company constantly and live in an old falling apart shack this is your company. Mesa will do their best to make sure you do not have any peace of mind or sense of stability in your housing. They love to make your life miserable and just cant seem to get it together so they just change the name of the company every few years or so when the business collapses... Avoid at all costs!

Unfortunately I am not able to give a good rating because it's a really bad company. I moved in to a house with a lot of problems. I last it for 3 years paying my rent on time. The 3rd year i was given the option to sign my lease for another year or go month to month. We decided to just go month to month and just because we did that the company gave us a 60 day notice with no reason at all. We asked the property manager "Rustin" if we can just stay and sign the lease. He said the owners were firm on the decision. We asked if we can give them more rent, he said that the owners were still firm on the decision. The worse part was that they did it to us on the holidays seasons. To be exact our lease was up on November 1st and 13 days from that I got the call from Rustin Harris. He said he was sorry but the owners wanted us to move out. I did give my full deposit because I give the house better than how they gave it to me. With that said just be advised of your decision if renting a property with this company.

Looking for a place to rent is not for the faint of heart. If you want to experience what a fair housing process should look and feel like, Mesa Properties has it down. Professional, timely, consistent and open communication are just some of their many strengths. I am so grateful for their willingness to answer questions, have so many different ways to connect like text, phone and email. Charlene and Christiana made the process so much more bearable because finding single family homes for rent is a big task and takes time. The process of signing the lease and documents, and the transparency was super easy and electronic. I would recommend using them if you've been looking for a long time or dont have a lot of time to sort through the many options online. The process is worth the wait. Thank you Mesa Properties, excited to have found a home.

Mesa has been great so far. I needed someone to manage my house, after a move, and they have provided solid guidance and handholding throughout the process. Everything has been above board and transparent. They are also very responsive to my barrage of questions and concerns.
