I used Elliott and Associates for five years to cover my renters, automobile, and homeowners insurance. For the prior two years, it has was a debacle. Every document they prepared contained material errors. For over a year I received no bills and was forced to pay premiums over the phone, sometimes the day the policy was going into cancellation. On each instance I complained in writing and they assured me they corrected the mistakes. Even when I finally had enough, and demanded cancellations, they sent the cancellation document through a method that cannot be viewed on Apple devices - which 64% of Americans use. This firm is unprofessional, unreliable, dangerously negligent, and totally unapologetic about the damage they caused to my payment history with a national insurance carrier. Don't just avoid them - run far, far away.

They were so nice and very helpful! They got me a great price on my home and auto insurance. I'm saving a lot of money! You should give them a chance to save you money, what you got to loose. I wish we had checked with them sooner.

These folks put the customer first. We have all of our insurances with them. They go above and beyond, I have called them after a storm tore through the neighborhood, they were quick to send an adjuster to look at the damage. They are very knowledgeable about the policies they are offering and look for the best deal for the customer

I have been insured with Rickey and his staff since I was 16 years old. You always hope you don't have to call your agent unless it's time to renew but sometimes that just isn't the case. In 2010 I had a car acciendent that resulted in injury and a totaled car...I can't thank Rickey and his staff enough for being there for me during that time. Accidents are scary and I'm thankful for agents like Rickey who work hard for their customers! When you walk through their doors they know you and are always eager to help!
