I recently had the pleasure to do a transaction with Mr Roha and his Organization. As a Realtor, and the listing agent in this particular transaction, it was my responsibility to get my Seller top dollar for their home given its condition and given my Seller’s timeframe to close.

So I reached out to Mark as the property had deferred maintenance and was in need of many updates. Mark came out the same day I told him about the property. We walked the property together, discussed fair market value, and he literally emailed me an all cash, clean offer before he left the property. That means Mark did his homework before coming out to meet me, and he prepared a solid offer, only having to fill in a reasonable price that I believed my Seller would be happy with.

The transaction was VERY smooth. Mark and his Team were professional, responsive and diligent at every step. We closed the transaction in just over two weeks and most importantly, my Client was pleased with the entire process and the resulting sale.
