This is the worst property management I have ever dealt with in the past 35 years living in Southern California! Not only they screwed us in the beginning when we moved in, they also ripped us off by $1,899.50 from our security deposit of $3,250 that we put down! This agent named Stephanie screwed us by not properly explaining to us that our SUV vehicle won't fit the unit's garage! She saw and knew that I drive a full size SUV! After we put the downpayment, security deposit and our first month amounting approximately $6,600-$6,700, this agent Stephanie disappeared on us and obviously was ignoring our calls and texts! We tried to reach out to her in order for her to solve the problem with our parking situation so she can switch our parking spaces with one of the neighbors who have higher ceiling so we can park our SUV inside the garage! We got stuck in this pathetic townhouse at 14250 Roscoe Blvd panorama city for a year due to the 1 year agreement! Our place and cars got broken into few times on the street just because I couldn't park inside the garage on the first few months! Our neighbor next door got broken into while the tenant were having dinner! This agent Stephanie promised us that she will set up the password and user ID for the installed Ring camera before we moved in! Once we paid our security deposit and first month rent, she just avoided and ignored our calls! What a very unprofessional agent and property management these people are! Luis with the maintenance department was the only one who would try to call us back or text us back if we need some repair with our AC UNIT! EVERYTIME we email this ELAVATE MANAGEMENT, no one ever replied us back for the period of 1 year! No wonder why no tenants were staying in this property at 14248 Roscoe BLVD Panorama city that long! In the past 2 years , three tenants moved out from 3 different townhouses units! The worst thing they did was , they ripped us off by charging us $1,599.50 for painting and $300 for cleaning when we moved out! We left this unit like in immaculate condition! There were only a couple nail holes in one of the rooms where we installed a dresser and that's it! How can a property management company charge you for $1,600 for painting if you left the place like brand new! The rooms and bathrooms were left like how we moved in because we were barely home as I work two jobs and my 87 year old mother was in the Philippines for effin 8 months in the period of 1 year we stayed at this 3 bedroom 3 baths unit! NOT TO MENTION, when we dropped off our keys to their main office at Encino, there's a gentleman out there who was so unprofessional and rude! He made some mean bad remarks when I shared my bad experience living in our unit that they're managing by saying oh well welcome to Los Angeles! Instead of showing empathy or concern, he even wants to be a smart ass by saying too bad you rented in LA so endure the pain and bad experience. So if you guys are planning to move, don't ever be stupid or be a victim of this ELAVATE MANAGEMENT & REALTY COMPANY! Being a retired Law Enforcement federal agent and also a retired Hollywood Celebrity, this is the worst experience I ever encountered in dealing with property management companies!

Ricardo and Karen have been incredibly helpful with any and every issue I’ve had in my apartment.

My A/C went out for several days in 100+ degree weather and they went out of their way to ensure maintenance set up a portable A/C unit so my dogs didn’t have any health issues with the heat. I had a leak overnight and 8am a repairman was at my door.

Ricardo being so attentive while working remotely is incredible, truly so thankful that he and Karen are on the management team!

Our manager Darline is amazing. She’s very attentive and caring, as well as really effective. We’ve had an issue with pests and before, pest control would take days to come and would not be needed anymore. But when we told her we had an issue, the pest control came next morning and was very effective. Also, our counter and sink were in a really bad condition, it was impossible to work on it anymore. She very effectively organized it to be changed and now we are incredibly satisfied. She is great, responsive and attentive! Very much appreciate her!
