I have been trying to schedule payments for the last 3 weeks. Phone line is always busy...chat option does not give an option to speak with a live person. I have scheduled for them to call me twice and theh did not call. Someone please help me with this matter!

very bad customer service. never receive email or response back. tried reaching to them 100 times and suddenly they say account is due.

The adage what's too good to be true usually is. The same is true for Lendtable. If you sign up they will increase the monthly "fee" with little to no warning. It went from 10 dollars to 50 dollars with no explanation. If you decide to not pay the increase you will have to pay the full amount due immediately. Do not do business. They aren't very transparent and they do not answer questions with really sound explanations.

Do I have to give 1 star? I got informed my account was going to be closed, and that the balance was due immediately, as a result of them making a determination that I was unable to pay the increased subscription cost. Subscription went from $10 per month, to $50 per month, with no notice. The first three months of the service were just fine, no issues. Suddenly, policy was changed, I had to submit my pay stub every pay period, payments were late to arrive. Customer service is an absolute joke, everything was email or chat. If you are thinking about using this service, don't.

I regret that I signed up for this. If you can afford to contribute the whole 401k match dont bother to sign up its not worth it. Now for 50 dollar monthly fee in the end it won't help you and you will owe them more money than you will gain. Don't be fool. Stay away.

Advertising they say just be prepay to pay the full amount back when you separate for employer or retired. False advertising I don’t retire or left the work

Just joined Lendtable and the process has been incredibly easy. The flow is very understandable and easy to walk thru all the steps. And for the parts that I needed some help one, their customer service reps were very fast and friendly. Definitely recommending to friends and family. They have a great referral bonus!
