My experience was like no other, every process was quick, easy and very swift. We actually experienced a death in the family, and we needed the loan. The process did not work as smoothly as expected. We obtained data that we were approved however, it would not let us enter our financial institution data for deposit of the funds. We contacted a representative who stated there was a system issue and we should start another request which I knew would trigger a second application request. He stated it would not. Immediately, after submitting it and entering our deposit info we received a call and was somewhat interrogated. We had to receive a call from our home phone which we never use. We answered and then we had to send over an updated bank statement which we did. As a valued member, we greatly appreciated the preventative fraud measures, but it would have helped if the young lady would had told us so. It really left us baffled and not treated properly.

They provided me the money I needed that other traditional lending institutions wouldn't. I paid a high APR but with my current dti and credit score....it is what it is. I'd use them again since the process was simple and hopefully the next one I'll qualify for favorable terms.

Such an awful experience. They are still trying to scam my partner out of $20k. We now have to hire a lawyer because after countless hours of hassle, they still refuse to make it right. Settled a debt last year and they reopened the account without permission and will not close it even though we have all the documentation that the debt has been settled. They even tried to sell this false debt to another company in the middle of this dispute, yet somehow cannot return our calls and emails. Have been treated poorly by every employee we have talked to. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs. They are absolute scammers and will not respect your time. This has been by far the most atrocious lending company we have ever dealt with. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Completing the application was easy. I had a problem with getting one of my card information loaded and needed to call customer service. The young lady that helped me was knowledgeable and spoke slow enough for me to understand and follow the steps I needed to. Once all that was completed my loan was approved in one day and the funds deposited the next. It was a smooth process.
