Julie and Gina are such wonderful people. They went and above beyond when it came to providing client service. You’ll have timely responses and open, transparent communication. They showed us a house that they felt would be a good fit for what we were looking for and it was actually exactly what they said. I truly appreciate their consistency.

They showed up on time and are extremely patient and honest and made the entire process seamless.
Gina and Julie even gave us recommendations on good vendors and services within the area close to the house. Not many professionals have that extra touch, that ability to listen, or have empathy. But Gina and Julie are great professionals who are knowledgeable, smart, organized and kind. Julie and Gina are also such honest people. They told us they’d first have a discussion with the home owner and if they approved us applying, then we would pay the fees!

If you’re looking for an extraordinary property management company with honest and personable professionals, not just an ordinary one but one that will exceed your expectations, please use them. You won’t be disappointed!!

If I could give a zero or negative number I would. Gina Lauria and her pet toad Julianne Mckloskey are the rudest and most unprofessional ppl ever! And Im not just saying this because I got evicted. Im saying it because Ive been in this business over 20 yrs and their customer service is some of the most horrible Ive ever seen and experienced. If I would have ever treated someone or replied to an email the way they do I would have gotten written up and/or fired. No cooperation or consideration whatsoever. Stay away from Gina and Julianne, they will ruin your life! And I feel sorry for the poor sucker(s) who actually listen to her advice. Contrary to what she says, she doesn't know what she's doing. I can probably be a better mgr than she is!
