My most recent contact was with Alex, who assisted me and provided information quickly. Making an appointment is also easy, and I always feel welcome when I talk with anyone in the office.

I have to share a wonderful customer service interaction I had with this State Farm office, and in particular Denise Granville.
I sent an email to Denise late Saturday night to get some clarity on a premium issue I had that was causing me some concern and stress. I hoped to get some resolution the following work week. To my surprise, Denise called me the following morning …it was a Sunday!!! Talk about customer service!!!!
